Returns and refunds

Our policy

Because every Eleven Stripes piece is made on-demand for you, we can't accept returns on standard sized garments unless there's a defect or an error on our end. Please double-check your size before ordering — our size charts live on every product page.

Defects, damage, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, you have 30 days from delivery to email hello@elevenstripes.co with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A brief description of what's wrong

We'll replace the item or refund the order — your choice — within 7 business days of receiving the request.

Lost or undelivered orders

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If it remains missing after 7 days, email us and we'll work with the carrier to investigate.

Address changes and cancellations

We start production fast. Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. Reach us immediately at hello@elevenstripes.co if you spot an error.
